We specialize in Executive Search, Outsourced Consultants, Strategic HR Advisory, Leadership Training and Coaching. We are certified by AGPO and WEConnect internationally as a compliant Woman-owned Business Enterprise. We are registered with the National Industrial Training Authority (NITA) as a Training Provider for Leadership Development and team-building programs. Our team has sixty years of cumulative experience supporting multiple clients across East, West, Southern, and Central Africa in the various aspects of Workforce Solutions Including, Executive placements, L & D, Contingent hiring executive Coaching, OD experts, and Occupational Psychologists. We understand the impact of each new placement, we take our work seriously, ensuring each new hire possesses the required technical knowledge, skills, attitudes, and values aligned to the role.

Summary: Susan has over seventeen years of experience in executive talent search and leadership development services across Africa. Susan specialises in sourcing the most exceptional candidates across the Sustainability, NGOs, and Multilateral Agency sector. She has provided practical strategic HR solutions to many organizations in Africa in various sectors, including NGOs, manufacturing, Telecoms, and financial service providers. She has successfully filled C-level roles for international organisations such as the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, the African Economic Research Consortium (AERC), African Development Bank, The African Agricultural Technologies Foundation (AATF), The Nature Conservancy (TNC), The Pacific Community (SPC), UNEP, to name but a few. In Africa, Susan has identified talent in the most challenging contexts and is passionate about placing local talent whenever possible. She uses diverse tactics to source local talent and advocates for the reverse brain drain to Africa by targeting Africans working in the diaspora. Susan is conversant with labour markets across Anglophone and Francophone Africa. Susan is a qualified Executive Coach and a certified Psychometrist with Hogan Assessments, PSI’s Emotional Intelligence Profiling tool (EIP3), and PSI’s Personality and Preferences Inventory (PAPI). She holds a master’s in human resource development and is pursuing a Ph.D. in Human Resources Development from JKUAT, Kenya. Her passion for her work is evident in her commitment to each project and the quality of the longlists and shortlists, no matter the challenges.

Summary: Saberia is a Human Resource Professional with 20+ years of experience with expertise in functions related to Human Resource Strategy formulation and deployment, Human Resource Planning and Organization design, Leadership and Talent Development, Recruitment, Human Resource policies, Employee and Labour Relations, Performance Management and overall Human Resource Services and employee life cycle functions from attraction to separation.

She is skilled in planning and implementing Human Resources initiatives to promote preferred organization culture and to enhance organizational productivity. She is well versed with HR Out-sourcing and managing HR in the face of Mergers or/and Acquisitions.

She has exceptional experience having worked for industry leaders such as Unilever, Unga, Glenmark, IPS and is currently partnering with SMES in areas of Recruitment, HR Services and Leadership & Talent Development.

Saberia holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Kenyatta University, a post-Graduate Higher National Diploma in Human Resources and an MBA in Strategic Management from the University of Nairobi. She is a full member of the Institute of Human Resources Management (IHRM-K) and holds a valid HR practicing certificate.



Summary: Priscilla has been with ACS for the last ten years, supporting us with operational and finance functions. She is a qualified accountant and handles all issues to do with payroll, taxation and other operational functions.
