Role Overview
Candidates will work for an international company implementing payroll ERP. Candidates will
interact with employees in the UK, Philippines, Italy, etc.

Job Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate the overall project including identifying issues, risks and proposing solutions.
• Track and report on project progress including preparing presentations and regular status report.
• Communicate key project deliverables and changes including requirements, quality assurance plans,and schedule.
• Provide direction and support to the project team.  Ensure that all members understand and are on
  board with the project, including the delegated tasks.
• Drive test development, planning, execution, reporting and closure.
• Develop the detailed test plan and strategies and lead test execution activities.
• Collaborate with the subject matter experts to determine the test scenarios and provide guidance to
  the creation of test scripts.
• Provide training to the test execution team on the test process, including changes and
  enhancements to test plans and scripts, to help ensure robust end to end test procedures are in
  place.
• Identify roadblock that can impact the quality of tests and propose resolution.
• Ensure that the team follows the testing standards, guidelines, and testing methodology as specified in the test plan.
• Review test and validation results to ensure that they meet the entry and exit criteria.
• Facilitate daily defect status calls.

Qualifications and Experience

• Education: An undergraduate qualification in computer science, information systems, software
  engineering or related courses.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in managing a medium scale project.  Must have experienced with
  Payroll.  SAP Payroll is preferred.
• Experience working with people in geographically dispersed teams
• Experience with testing payroll applications preferred
• US payroll testing experience is preferable
• Working understanding of project management
• Minimum 3+ years of experience with leading the testing effort for projects of moderate to high
  complexity
• Strong understanding of testing methodology and best practices
• Results driven individual
• Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work with project team, stakeholders and vendors
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities in a timely and organised manner

This is a remote position within Africa and with a long-term contract upon a successful three-month
